802.11b/g AP
AP-A2427-27 Outdoor AP is an 802.11b/g all-in-one device that is designed to operate in the 2.4GHz band. The device with high performance Atheros 11b/g radio allows the longest transmission distance. The device in weatherproof aluminum enclosure offers a cost-effective solution for hotspot to make Point-to-Point and Point to Multi-Point application.
All-in-One Device with N-Type Connector
AP-A2427-27 is an all-in-one device with integrated Power Over Ethernet (PoE), and the special designed water-proof cap for Ethernet RJ-45 connector to access long distance of network without extra power adapter and extra booster to enlarge the output power. A complete package with a DC injector unit, water-proof cap, 12V DC Power adapter, and standard pole mount kit are included.
Multiples Security Functions
AP-A2427-27 complies with 802.11b and 802.11g standard. Through the Web management interface, you can run in AP, Bridge, Multiple Bridge, AP Client, or CPE Router. A multiples security functions include SSID hiding, Access Control, WEP based encryption (64, 128, 256 bits), enhanced Security with 802.1x using a primary and a backup Radius Server with/without dynamic WEP keys, WPA-PSK, and WPA to prevent unauthorized access. Bandwidth setting allows for managing the uplink and downlink throughput speed. SNMP commands from a remote SNMP management station.
